The bedrooms all have AC split system units. Relax,  and watch the yachts and mega yachts, sail in and out of one of the few natural deep-water bays in the Caribbean.  The Villa comfortably rents to eight people, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, to quietly snooze all afternoon, away from everyone else.  The main living area is open plan,  with a well-furnished, comfortable lounge.  A large dining table area adjoins  the kitchen.  There is also an outdoor dining area and several covered balconies.   The furniture in the Villa is attractive and is included in the selling price. The good-sized pool and deck area has space and seating for all visitors . Plus, there is an adjacent additional small “timber studio cabin ‘ with an extra bedroom, near the pool deck, plus a separate pool deck bathroom.

You would be buying a “walk-in ready“ home to relax in, as well as a good rental investment when you are not on the island.  Rental rates for the Villa vary,  at different times of the year,  from $ 295 USD to $ 495 USD a night. As a broad figure, to calculate a return on investment, use a lower than expected,  60% occupancy rate. Local housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance staff are easily available in Marigot Village. Unlike other destinations, St Lucia has a year-long sunny climate to appeal to vacation visitors, at any time of year.  The peak season is normally Christmas and New Year. But the island has a large Jazz Festival in May, and Carnival in July.
