The property is accessed via a 10 minute boat ride from Oak Ridge where there are several locations to leave your vehicle for which the average fee is $30 per month including both a boat slip and parking spot.

The Cow and Calf Cays are directly in front of the house and make for a great swim and snorkle right from the dock. Port Royal area has some of the best and most untouched wall diving on the island.

Also its own private fresh water well. The largest aquafer on the island is directly behind the property in the highest peaks located in the National Park.
