The Company was founded with the primary purpose of providing a lower cost marketing service to meet the needs and expectations of real estate agents, brokers, developers and owners on an international basis who wanted to market their island properties to a global market.
IslandRealEstate.com is dedicated to becoming the leading source for island-only real estate properties for sale and for rent including fractional units and timeshare developments.
Ownership
IslandRealEstate.com was initially founded by its President and CEO, Mr. Albert Moura and then developed in concert with business partner Mr. Jim Ivey, the Company's COO.
Collectively with over 45 years of combined experience in the real estate, marketing, advertising and technology fields, the owners believe in the delivery of a quality, customer-focused service for all of its clients needs.
Albert's real estate experience began within the island real estate market of Bermuda in 1991. Over the course of the past seven years Albert has built and developed his own real estate business to become recognized as one of the premiere companies in Bermuda by continually going above and beyond his client's expectations.
Albert Moura Jim Ivey
Jim began his career in the telecommunications, technology and advertising industries. During the course of the past 20 years Jim has successfully worked for established international corporations, start-up ventures as well as operating his own business consulting service.
